Idaho’s Tortilla Lady

We have a lot of Do-Gooders here in the Treasure Valley but this one is EXTRA special. She’s Idaho’s very own TORTILLA LADY!

Gracie Medina lives in Caldwell, Idaho. She learned how to make these special tortillas from her grandma and now she uses them to raise money for different charities in Idaho. Her current cause is Boise’s own The Blessing Bike which helps provide access to passenger bikes for people with disabilities and the elderly.

Gracie’s grandmother passed away last year so it’s very important to her, her family, and our entire community to keep this wonderful tradition thriving.
