Idaho’s Biggest Cycling Event Hits Boise This Weekend
It’s called the Boise Twilight Criterium. It’s a USA Crits and USA Cycling PRT event held in downtown Boise and it’s happening this weekend, July 10.
The longstanding Twilight Criteirum celebrates and supports cycling as a healthy, lifetime sport for cyclists of all abilities, both pro, and amateur. The event is looking forward to celebrating the 34th season of professional cycling road races in the safest ways possible.
Twilight Criteirum organizers are working closely with City, State, and USA Cycling national staff and guidelines to ensure that all appropriate caution, health, and safety measures are taken.
Race Director Mike Cooley made this statement…
“We are eager to bring the Criterium back to downtown and showcase world class cycling in Idaho. We want everyone to know that health and safety are a priority, so we will be thoughtful and do so appropriately.”
Bronco Motors has been a long-standing sponsor of Twilight Criterium. This year, as the presenting sponsor once again, Bronco Motors will have a large display located on the corner of Capitol and Bannock. It will showcase a large lineup of new Nissan, INFINITI, Hyundai and Mitsubishi for patrons to peruse and learn more about and will also give out all sorts of goodies to cheer on the cyclists and beat the heat.
