The new Costco in Meridian opened on October 30th

The moment I walked inside, I knew I had picked the wrong day to shop…

If you haven’t heard the news yet, the new Costco in Meridian just opened, and wouldn’t you know, I didn’t realize it was opening day when I had to grab a few items on October 30th. It. Was. Insane.

honestly, I have never been in a busier Costco in my life. Yes they are all busy, but a brand new Costco on opening day is an experience you have to see to believe. Here’s the best part though….everyone was SUPER nice, SUPER patient, and it actually didn’t take forever to check out.

I’m extremely happy we now have a third Costco in the treasure valley, because we all know we needed it. The Boise and Nampa locations were overwhelming at times and so hopefully this Meridian location will balance all three of them out. Either way, going to the new one on opening day was something else. I’m sure the chaos will slow down, because the store was probably full of people that wanted to check out the new digs.

Heck, I’m just happy I can now say I’ve been to the busiest Costco of all time (I think.)
