The Boise Farmers Market has decided to shift to a drive-thru version as COVID-19 numbers continue to surge. Starting this Saturday, September 25th you can only get your goodies by ordering online and then picking them up through the drive-thru. (Heads up, you have to have your online orders in by noon today for this Saturday.) This drive-thru method is how things will run from now through October when the market typically ends.

In trying to decide how to handle the current situation surrounding the pandemic, the Boise Farmers Market originally announced just a few days ago that those attending would need proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within the last 48 hours. Attendees were also expected to wear masks and socially distance, but the new drive-thru model eliminates all of that.

So, we’ll have to get used to this new routine of ordering online and swinging by to pick up our goodies!
