Here are the official details about this crime from the Boise Police Department:

On September 22, a victim dropped their keys while entering a retail location in the 8200 block of W. Fairview Ave.    An unknown female picks up the keys, locates the victim’s vehicle in the parking lot, and enters the car.  The unknown female then enters the store and turns the keys into the retailer. 

Upon claiming their keys and returning to the vehicle, the victim realizes their wallet that was left in the vehicle was missing. 

Officers were able to obtain pictures of the unknown female from cameras at the retailer.
