10. Apple Lucy’s - Parma

Fresh and made daily all-beef burgers. Never frozen patties. And if you don’t know the difference… you DON’T know burgers.

These guys may also have the all-time best Pie Shakes in the world!

9. Cooks Two Hole - Melba

Burgers and fries were delicious & tasty...ingredients were quality. Not sure what's not to like here if you enjoy genuine food, friendly people and a small town bar atmosphere. I highly recommend their house sauce on everything.

Oh. Can't beat the prices either.

8. Sid’s Garage - Meridian

All burgers are 1/2 lb Wagyu / Black Angus blend locally sourced from Snake Rivers Farms & Double R Ranch. Yum Yum.

And with names like Not So Whimpie, PBB & J, Maui Wowie, and The Hangover… you know it’s going to be good.

7. Off The Grid - Boise

Some say these food trucks literally have the best burger they’ve ever tasted. The ratio to fixings, meat, and bread is perfect. They have flavor and so much texture which makes the eating of the burger so amazing!

6. Highway 30 Drive In - Mt Home

The burger everyone’s talking about here is the Big Hungryman. It is ginormous...2 beef patties, a ham slice, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, condiments on a sesame bun. It is so good!

5. Big Bun - Boise

It has to be the Huckleberry Bacon Burger, and you must sub the blue cheese for cheddar and get extra huckleberry sauce. It’ll make you want to slap yo momma. In a good way. Ha!

4. Main Street Burger - Meridian

Casual shouldn't mean stale food options. Great taste is the name of the game, and these guys are committed to stepping up to the plate. They’re dedicated to providing fresh options for their customers.

Some of my favorites… The 5 Alarm, The Guacamole Bacon Cheese, & The Western Bacon Cheese.

3. Burger West - Ontario

These guys make their own patties, have a special buttermilk sauce and the price is not too expensive.

Fresh lettuce and tomatoes make it feel light, yet filling. Their Farm Boy burger has ham on it too, making it extra carnivorous!

Bonus, their milkshakes and fry sauce are to die for!

2. Big Jud’s - Boise

Yes, this is home to the famous 1 Pound and 2 Pound Challenge. If you find yourself on Big Jud’s Wall Of Fame, YOU GOT GAME!

Big Jud’s popularity exploded after the Man Vs. Food television show did an episode there. Now you can find them in both Boise and Meridian.

Know this! These burgers aren’t just BIG. They’re straight up DELICIOUS! This hot spot pretty much has it all. Great food, great taste, notoriety, and fun challenges.

1. The Holy Cow - Nampa

The Top Spot goes to a little place in Nampa, Idaho. Here’s what they have to say about their burgers…

“It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. The Holy Cow pairs your burger with the perfect beer and their goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients, and placed in freshly baked buns.

I strongly recommend taking advantage of this place. Yum, Yum, & YUM!
