Tens of millions of people in the US are eligible for $50 or more off of their internet bill. Are you eligible? Find out below.
Starting today, Americans can begin applying for $50 off their monthly internet bill. Remember the hotly contested pandemic relief package that Congress approved back in December? This is part of it. To begin the process, you can get started HERE.
Not everyone is eligible for this relief package. Those who are eligible will have one or more of the following qualifications. If you receive food stamps, have a child in the free or reduced-price school lunch program, use Medicaid or if you lost income during the pandemic. There is also an exception for tax filers who made $99,000 or less filing single, or less than $198,000 filing jointly.

The benefits don’t end with discounts on your monthly bill. Those living in tribal areas are eligible for up to $75 off their monthly bill. There are also reimbursements available for desktop workstations, laptops and tablets.
As of the publishing of this article, there is no indication as to how long these rebates and discounts will be available so get signed up as soon as possible and take advantage of the cost cutting where you can.
