Clint Robinson and Luke Caldwell crashed into the National T.V. spotlight years ago with their HGTV hit BOISE BOYS which eventually became Timber & Love and now we’re looking at a fresh new kickstart out of the pandemic with OUTGROWN. Here’s what their Facebook page says about the show we can all expect this Summer.

UPDATE!! We are cranking through the final homes of our new series #outgrown on @hgtv and @discoveryplus - This past year made filming and construction stall on multiple accounts but we are in the home stretch! Our new show will be us working together with clients to make their homes function better for their families while bringing in fresh design aka #thelukefactor Thanks for your patience and always encouraging us in the process! See you all this summer OUTGROWN summer 2021 #boiseboys @genuineclint @lukehenrycaldwell #lukeandclint #hgtv #discoveryplus #newseries

Outgrown is one of 16 new shows HGTV has announced for 2021. The entire show is filmed right here in Boise, Idaho which is kind of cool and while most, here in the Treasure Valley LOVE seeing two guys out of our neck of the woods make it in the Reality TV world, some are not so happy with what they feel the show has inadvertently brought.

Some feel that the national exposure has allowed the outside world to see how beautiful and incredible our area is which has led to more and more outsiders moving in over the past couple of years. Housing has skyrocketed here in the Treasure Valley making it nearly impossible for new homebuyers to not only finance a home but to even find a home.

My take is this… Whether or not Clint and Luke played a part in our real estate boom is beside the point. The Treasure Valley has always been an oasis secret from most but bound to get out at some point. I know these two men personally and they’re incredible people. They don’t just do this show. They show up for events like The Buddy Walk for kids with downe syndrome and other charities not because they want the OOooohs and AAaaaahs or the fame or the attention. They show up to give those kids hugs and to help spotlight positivity here in Boise. They make this place better. They actually care. What the fall out from all of that may be… I don’t know. I just know that these two men make a difference and in a very good way. I, for one, will support them and watch every show they ever make.
