Have leftover Chips from your Super Bowl Party? Try this!
For a lot of people, the Super Bowl is all about chowing down on wings, pizza, and of course, chips!
If you’re like me, you tend to prepare WAY to much food for the big game, because heaven forbid you run out of ANYTHING during your football feast.
So just like every other year, I have PLENTY of leftovers that I don’t know what to do with, especially chips. I always find I buy 5 more bags of chips than I actually need, and I’m just counting down the days until they become super stale. SO I decided to do some googling and Food Network is coming in clutch with a great way to repurpose your leftover chips! Check it out:
Turn Leftover Chips or Crackers Into Breadcrumbs
Process the chips or crackers in a food processor until finely ground. Transfer them to a resealable plastic bag and freeze until ready to use. Swap them in anytime a recipe calls for breadcrumbs, adding a flavorful twist to foods like breaded fish sticks or chicken fingers.
Genius! Chicken tenders are already delicious, but Coated in potato chips?! OH BABY! I am definitely doing this with my leftover Lays, and you should too!
