A Treasure Valley Favorite Restaurant is Closing Their Doors

Most would say Mad Mac is a Treasure Valley favorite, with an amazingly loyal following. If you’ve been to Mad Mac, or have eaten at their truck, you know how delicious it is! Whether it’s their Southern Comfort, the Bacon Cheeseburger Mac, or the Buffalo Chicken Mac (my personal favorite) - Mad Mac ALWAYS hits the spot!

Unfortunately, the restaurant made the announcement to close it’s store’s doors this morning, due to the hiring crisis in the Treasure Valley. We are saddened by this news, but also excited that they are still going to be running their Food Truck on the streets of the Treasure Valley! Their store by the Edwards Theater in Boise will be closing their doors tomorrow night. They will be open for their final days TODAY from 3-8pm and TOMORROW from 3-9pm. Go out and show your support, and be on the lookout for the Mad Mac truck!
