11-year-old Landon Palmer of Nampa is already seasoned as a rodeo clown. He has several years of experience working as a child clown for the mutton-busting events at the annual Snake River Stampede Rodeo.

Dressed in his clown gear, he looks like a miniature version of the show stopping clowns were used to seeing in the arena.

When describing his role to KTVB, Landon said

Don’t let the sheep hit the kids, and try to keep the sheep all together at one end, and help the kids.

Landon, who used to participate in mutton busting himself has had grit and determination from the day he was born. He arrived into the world with half a heart and has overcome his physical challenges like a true champ.

To see Landon in action, you can attend the Snake River Stampede starting tonight, July 20th through the 24th at the Ford Idaho Center in Nampa.
