Here are the official details about this crime from the Boise Police Department:

Officers are searching for a man wanted on a warrant for Felony Aggravated Battery.

 

Suspect: Matthew Davis, 31, Nampa

 

Suspect Description: White male, brown hair, blue eyes, 5’8”, approximately 170 lbs.

 

What Happened: On the morning of June 16th officers were dispatched to a vehicle versus pedestrian collision on the 2000 block of N. Siesta Lane. Evidence indicates that following a verbal dispute between Davis and a woman known to him, he got into a vehicle to leave and ran the woman over. The victim suffered multiple injuries and was transported to the hospital. She is expected to recover. Officers have been actively looking for Davis since responding to the incident.
