MORE THAN 50 LAMBS ON IDAHO FARM KILLED BY BALD EAGLES

54 baby lambs have been killed in the past two months on an Idaho farm near Murtaugh Lake. At first, the farm owner, Rocky had no idea what was happening. Why was he finding all his lambs mutilated? What he finally saw shocked him and gave him all the answers he was looking for.

Rocky actually witnessed a Bald Eagle swoop down, attack, kill, and feast on one of his lambs.

Eagles have been nesting on his farm for more than 20 years but they’ve never attacked any of his livestock. Rocky believes that the lack of fish in the nearby lake has resulted in desperate acts from the Eagles. The lake has taken longer to warm up this year which means very little fish at the surface.

As of now, Rocky is moving all of his livestock closer to his barn hoping that might scare off the Eagles.
