Rent Prices Going Down in Boise…But Not By Much

We’ve all read headline after headline about how crazy the real estate market is for both buyers and renters, but some good news appears to be on the horizon for renters.

According to apartmentlist.com, the average cost of rent in Boise dropped 3.1% this last month. Sure it isn’t a dramatic drop but it is SOMETHING. The bad news is rent prices in Boise have still gone up 34% since March 2020z

Depending on who you talk to, the real estate market in Boise will continue to be insane, or this are starting to cool down. Either way, even a 3.1% drop is a little victory.
