COVID-19 Vaccination Notification Website Up and Running

Southwest District Health has launched a website that will notify people when they are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccination.

Keep in mind that the form does not schedule you to receive a vaccine or guarantee that you will get it. What it does do is alert you when the priority group you are in is eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine.

The health department oversees Adams, Canyon, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, and Washington counties.

Once you submit your information on the site, you’ll be notified by phone or email when your group is at the front of the line.

Right now Idahoans aged 65 and older are included in the next vaccination rollout, which is set to begin in February.
